By using Kloak you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Kloak lets you buy credits and spend them to rent temporary phone numbers that receive one-time verification codes for online services. Numbers are shared, temporary resources — we do not guarantee a specific number, carrier, or that any given service will accept it.

Credits & payments

• Credits are a prepaid, in-app virtual currency with no cash value and are not redeemable for money.
• Credit purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Consumable credit purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or Apple/Google policy.
• If a rented number fails to deliver a code, is canceled before a code arrives, or times out unused, the credits for that rental are automatically refunded to your balance.
• Free credits (welcome bonus, daily bonus, rating reward, referrals) have no cash value and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Kloak to:

• break the terms of the services you verify against, or evade their bans, bot, or anti-fraud rules;
• commit fraud, impersonation, spam, harassment, or any illegal activity;
• create accounts or verifications on behalf of others without authorization;
• resell, automate, or abuse the service, or attempt to exploit bonuses/rewards.

You are solely responsible for how you use rented numbers and for complying with the rules of any service you verify against and with all applicable laws.

Trademarks

Service names and logos shown in Kloak (for example WhatsApp, Google, Telegram) are the trademarks of their respective owners. Kloak is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Those names and logos are shown solely to help you identify the service you want to receive a verification code for.

No privacy of rented numbers

Rented numbers are temporary and shared. Do not use them for anything sensitive. Messages travel across mobile networks to reach you and are not private.

Accounts

Your account is tied to your device and, if you sign in, your Apple/Google identity. Keep access secure. You may delete your account at any time, which forfeits any remaining credits.

Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the acts of the services you verify against or the networks that carry your messages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months.
